| 摘 要： | 分析了摩托车前壳塑件的成型工艺，详细阐述了该摩托车前壳注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程。通过对该塑件的结构分析，合理的安排了3个侧抽芯机构和冷却系统，使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高，重点阐述了侧抽芯机构和冷却系统的设计要点。

| Abstract: | Analyzed the molding process of the motorcycle shell,elaborated in detail the design points and working process of the motorcycle shell injection mold.Through analyzed plastics part structure,reasonable arrange three side core-pulling mechanisms and cooling system,enhanced the mold service life and the reliability,mainly elaborated the design points of side core-pulling and cooling system. |
