| 摘 要： | 简略介绍了南水北调东线工程总体规划情况和东线第一期工程调度运行管理系统的建设理由及主要建设项目。着重叙述了南水北调东线第一期工程调度运行管理系统的建设原则、建设目标、建设内容和系统功能。利用传感、通信、网络、计算机控制处理和数据库分析等现代先进技术建设的调度运行管理系统，将更充分地发挥南水北调东线一期工程的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Firstly, overall planning of east line of the south-to-north water diversion project, main construction items and reasons for setting up dispatching management system of first-phase in east line are briefly introduced. The article mainly describes construction principles, construction objects, construction contents and system functions of dispatching management system for first-phase in east line of south-to-north water diversion project. The dispatching and management system set up by applying modern advanced technologies such as sensing, communication, network, computer control & processing and database analysis will bring into full play the economic and social benefits of south-to-north water diversion project. |
