| 摘 要： | 利用ICP-AES法测定钱塘江近海水域水产品贝壳肉中Al、Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Se、Sb、Sn、V 、Zn、Cd、As、Pb、Hg十六种金属元素含量。结果表明:所采样品金属元素含量丰富,对铅、铝的吸附量相对较高,部分样品金属元素含量相对偏高,不宜多食。ICP-AES法具有检测灵敏度高、回收率好、快速、简便等好的检测效果。

| Abstract: | ICP-AES method determined 16 metal elements Al, As, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Se, Sb, Sn, Zn and V of seafood shell fleshs in sea entrance of Qiantang river. The result showed that seafood shell fleshes had rich metal contents, some metal contents in some samples was higher, such as Al, Pb, it not suit for eating more. ICP-AES had high sensitivity, good recovery, rapid and convenient test result. |
