| 摘 要： | 针对PASSIM 7K型高速卷烟机的烟支重量控制系统的电路结构复杂,稳定性差,以及检测和调整相对滞后的问题,设计了以TI公司的TMS320F2812型DSP芯片为核心的实时检测调控系统.介绍了新系统的结构,给出了实时调控的算法和软件实现的方法.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of complex circuit construction , lag adjustment and instability in PASSIM 7K high-spead cigarette machine's weight control system, real-time detection & control System was designed based on TMS320F2812,one of TI's DSP chips. This paper mainly introduces the structure of the new system, gives the real-time control algorithms and the methods of software realizing. |
