高压共轨喷油器结构参数对液力响应影响的试验研究

摘    要:建立了高压共轨喷油器液力系统控制数学模型,得出了影响喷油器液力响应的主要结构参数,并进行了仿真研究。根据正交试验法,制定了喷油器控制腔偶件的加工方案,并就控制A、B量孔尺寸对液力响应的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明较大的A、B量孔尺寸差值和高的共轨压力,可以获得较好的喷油器开启响应特性。

Abstract:The mathematical model of hydraulic control of high-pressure common-rail injector was built up. After the influence of structural parameter on hydraulic response of injector is obtained, the simulation was given. The machining project of control cavity was set down based on the orthogonal test method, and the influence of control hole A and B on the hydraulic response of injector was tested. The test result shows that by using bigger dimension difference of control hole A and B and high common-rail pressure the better open response of injector can be achieved.
