摘    要:由滚道对基准端面的平行度(Se或Si)合格的零件装配成成品轴承后,它的端面对滚道的跳动(Sea或Sia)质量却明显降低,严重时还会出现一定数量的不合格品。弄清产生以上问题的原因后,提出了解决办法,提高了产品质量,降低了不合格品率。

Abstract:After bearings were assembled by parts qualified for raceway parallelism to reference face(Sea or Sia),the quality of the bearing face runout to raceway cut doun obviously,even a few of unqualified bearings appeared.Due to putting forward solving method after finding out the problems,the bearing quality was raised and the rate of unqualified products was reduced.
