摘    要:食品专业是一个应用实践性强的专业,社会对食品专业人才的综合素质要求较高。为了构建满足社会需要的应用型人才培养模式,采用问卷星网站创立问卷,对我校食品专业实践教学现状进行实践教学内容、管理方式、实践教学效果及存在的问题和改进建议等方面的问卷调查。经对调查结果进行整理与分析,发现大学生对现行实践教学模式比较满意,但仍存在有待改进的地方,需要进一步完善实践教学模式,探索更适合食品专业大学生发展和满足社会需要的食品专业实践教学新模式。

Abstract:Food specialty was a practical major, and the society had high requirements on the comprehensive quality of food professionals. In order to build an application-oriented talent training model that meets the needs of the society, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the current situation of practical teaching of food specialty in our school, including practical teaching contents, management methods, practical teaching effects, existing problems and improvement suggestions, and the survey results of practical teaching were sorted out and analyzed. The results showed that the students were satisfied with the current practical teaching mode, but there were still some areas to be improved, so it was necessary to further improve the practical teaching mode and explore a new practical teaching mode for food specialty that was more suitable for students to develop and meet the needs of the society.
