河北省关闭煤矿“生态闭井”及关键技术探讨

摘    要:以河北省为例,在对河北省主要矿区关闭煤矿多要素综合调查工作的基础上,阐述了煤矿关闭退出后,残存着规模可观的剩余资源,不仅造成资源的浪费,部分残存资源也易引发次生灾害。以“生态闭井”科学内涵为引点,详细分析了国内外研究现状、水平及发展趋势,以变废为宝、化害为利为目标,提出了地表资源开发利用技术、煤层气(瓦斯)资源开发利用技术、煤炭地下气化技术、地下空间开发利用技术、矿井水(地热)资源开发利用技术和地表生态修复技术等生态闭井关键技术和主要研究内容,以及资源开发利用、生态修复与重建、安全与环保等建议,以期推动关闭煤矿剩余资源高效开发利用与灾害科学预控防治等工作的发展。

Key technology of eco-closure for closed mines in Hebei Province

Abstract:Based on the comprehensive investigation of the closed mines in Hebei Province,there were considerable remaining resources after the close,which not only caused waste of resources,but also led to secondary disasters.The scientific connotation of"ecological well closure"was taken as the point of reference,the current situation was analyzed in detail,with the background of level and development trend of domestic and foreign research,and the goal of turning waste into treasure,the surface resource development and utilization technology was proposed,with coal bed methane(gas)resource development and utilization technology,coal underground gasification technology,underground space development and utilization technology,mine water(geothermal)development and utilization technology,ecological restoration and reconstruction,safety and environmental protection,the development of the efficient exploitation of remaining resources and the scientific prevention and control of disasters in closed coal mines were given.
