摘    要:腾晖矿针对矿井开采过程中遇到的瓦斯治理难题,以2-202工作面为例,详细阐述了顶板走向长钻孔钻场瓦斯抽采的钻孔布置、参数、封孔工艺,在抽采管路选型的基础上,抽采管路阻力及孔口负压,进而确定了抽采管路敷设路线,论述了抽采管路安装设计及要求,并就工程施工成本和抽采效果与高抽钻场进行了统计对比。实践检验表明,顶板走向长钻孔钻场抽采性价比优于高抽钻场,抽采效果良好,满足工作面安全回采要求,可推广应用至其他条件类似的工作面。

Abstract:Tenghui mine,in view of the gas management problems in the mining process,2-202 working face was taken as an example,with drilling arrangement,parameters and sealing process of gas extraction in the long drilling field of the roof plate,the extraction pipeline resistance and negative pressure was calculated on the basis of extraction pipeline selection,then the extraction pipeline laying route was determined,the extraction pipeline installation design,requirements,the cost of construction and the extraction effect were and discussed.The project construction cost and extraction effect were compared with those of high extraction drilling site.The field practice test showed that the cost performance of extraction in the long drilling field of the top plate was better than that in the high extraction field,with good extraction effect,which met the requirements of safe recovery of the working face and provided reference for similar conditions.
