穿层钻孔水力冲孔工艺优化与实践

摘    要:为解决松软煤层采用水力冲孔增透技术后堵塞抽放管的问题,云盖山煤矿一矿对穿层钻孔的施工工艺进一步优化,采用部分水力冲孔与部分不冲孔相结合的方法,增加钻孔的透气性,避免钻孔封孔后堵塞花管。应用结果表明,该方法可提高穿层钻孔的抽放浓度,延长钻孔的抽放时间,对松软煤层效果较为明显。

Optimization and practice of hydraulic punchingprocess for drilling through layers

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of blocking the extraction pipe after adopting hydraulic punching anti-reflection technology of loose coal seam,the construction process of penetration drilling in No.1 Mine of Yungaishan Mine was further optimized by using a combination of partial hydraulic punching and partial non-punching method,firstly,the permeability of the drilling was increased,secondly,blocking the flower pipe after sealing the drilling was avoided.The test showed that this method can improve the extraction concentration of the penetration borehole and extend the extraction time of the borehole,and the effect was more obvious for loose coal seam.
