摘    要:建立微波氧燃烧-ICP-MS同时测定木瓜中铜、铁、钙、镁、锌、硒、锰、铬、钴(Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Zn、Se、Mn、Cr、Co)9种微量元素的方法,为木瓜中微量元素的检测提供思路。采用湿消解法及微波氧燃烧法对木瓜样品进行前处理,通过比较2种前处理方法的精密度和回收率,选出较优的前处理方法并对其进行进一步优化。利用标准曲线法对测定元素进行定量分析。结果表明,使用微波氧燃烧法对样品进行前处理,各元素标准曲线质量浓度范围在0~10μg/mL,相关系数均不低于0.9995,表明线性关系良好。各元素检出限为0.004~0.084 mg/kg,相对标准偏差δRSD≤2.0%(n=10),加标浓度范围为0.020~200 mg/kg,加标回收率为97.36%~103.04%。该方法精密度好、准确度高、操作简便,可为木瓜中微量元素的快速检测提供基础数据。

Abstract:A method was established for the detection of copper,iron,calcium,magnesium,zinc,selenium,manganese,chromium and cobalt in papaya by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The precision and accuracy of the method were verified,which provided a new idea for the determination of trace elements in papaya.Samples were pretreated by wet digestion and microwave-induced combustion.By comparing the precision and recoveries of the two pretreatment methods,the better pretreatment method was selected and further optimized.Quantitative analysis of elements was carried out by standard curve method.The result showed that the microwave-induced combustion method was used to pretreat the samples.The strong correlation of the calibration curves for the determined elements was obtained as satisfying in the range 0-10μg/mL with correlation coefficients R2>0.9995,and detection limits ranging from 0.004-0.084 mg/kg and relative standard deviationδRSD≤2.0%(n=10)were obtained.The added standard concentration range was 0.020-200 mg/kg,and the recovery rate was 97.36%-103.04%.The method had good precision,high accuracy and simple operation.It could provide basic data for the optimization of rapid determination of trace elements in papaya.
