摘    要:以石榴籽油为原料,以石榴酸纯度和回收率为指标,研究低温结晶纯化石榴酸的最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面试验优化高纯度石榴酸制备工艺,确定最佳工艺条件为:溶剂为丙酮+乙腈(2︰1)、结晶温度-20℃,料液比1︰6(g/mL),结晶时间26 h,该条件下晶体回收率90.3%,石榴酸纯度从72.9%提升到93.7%。在最优工艺下进行二次结晶,石榴酸的纯度进一步提高到97.2%。试验结果可为探究石榴酸生理功能及把石榴酸作为功能因子推广应用奠定基础。

Abstract:The optimum parameters for purification of punicic acid from pomegranate seed oil by using low temperature crystallization process were investigated.Based on the single factor experiment,the preparation process of high purity pomegranate acid was optimized by response surface test.The optimum parameters of purification were obtained by using response surface methodology as follows:solvent of acetone and acetonitrile(2︰1),temperature of-20℃,liquid material ratio of 1︰6(g/mL),and time of 26 h.The rate of recovery was 90.3%and the purity of punicic acid was increased from 72.9%to 93.7%under optimal condition.The purity of punicic acid was increased to 97.2%after secondary crystallization under optimal condition.The findings of this study could provide theoretical foundation for investigation the physiological function of and application as a functional factor for punicic acid.
