数字孪生技术在淀粉行业的应用前景

摘    要:淀粉行业作为中国农产品加工工业之一,是国民经济发展与生产生活的重要基础保障。新一代信息数字化技术的发展应用将对目前还处于传统生产模式下的淀粉行业带来创新动力。针对淀粉企业生产过程中如何保障连续工艺稳定、优化提升生产效能、控制复杂工况变化等问题,提出引入数字孪生概念、构建数字孪生模型、搭建产品生产线数据信息网络平台、结合大数据技术的相关算法实现生产的模拟仿真与精益控制,提升产业生产效率。将数字孪生技术在工艺参数优化、全面质量控制、设备维护保障等多个方面的技术优势合理运用到淀粉生产的多个环节中,可有效地保障企业高效运营生产,降本增效,在为企业带来经济利润的同时,实现传统农产品加工向智能制造转型。

Abstract:As one of the agricultural products processing industries in China, starch industry is an important basis for the development of national economy development. Focusing on the starch production field, the concept of digital twin, and the construction of digital twin model is introduced. Through the realization of production simulation and lean control by combining with the relevant algorithm of big data technology, the factory can set up digital twin system, in order to improve of efficiency of industrial production. Digital twin used in the process parameters optimization, overall quality control, equipment maintenance and other many aspects can effectively ensure the efficient operation, reduction of cost and efficiency. While bringing economic profits for enterprises, starch industry can realize the transformation from traditional agricultural products processing to intelligent manufacturing.
