含铝炸药二维冲击起爆的爆轰数值模拟

摘    要:利用拉氏分析和圆筒试验的实验装置对HexalPW30含铝炸药的本构关系进行了标定,对它的冲击起爆和作功能力进行了实验研究。利用二维非线性有限元程序系统,对它的冲击起爆进行了爆轰数值模拟,结果表明,铝粉在爆轰区内可能参加反应,在爆轰区外继续反应;该含铝炸药具备较强的驱动作功能力。

Abstract:In this study shock initiation and detonation wave development in explosives containing aluminium is examined using the Lagrangian analysis technique.Metal expansion by this explosive is also studied.Based upon these tests,constitutive equation has been calibrated for this explosive(Hexal PW30),and used in numerical simulation.The effect of aluminium in explosion has also been studied using the 2-D finite element code system and achieved good results when compared with the test results.
