大庆葡南油田三、五断块调整井固井技术

摘    要:葡南油田三、五断块地质条件复杂,钻井和完井过程中多次发生井漏、井涌、下套管后管外冒和井喷等复杂事故,固井质量不易保证,完井工作难度较大。在分析影响固井质量因素的基础上,结合具体施工情况,制定了相应的固井对策。低压易漏区以防漏为主,分别采用了免钻双级固井、防漏堵漏水泥浆固井、双凝水泥浆固井技术;低渗高压区以防窜为主,采用了防窜固井技术。2010年在葡南油田三、五断块进行了45口井的现场施工,固井施工一次成功,固井质量全部合格,优质率达到了75%,形成了一套指导该地区固井的配套技术。

Abstract:Punan 3/5 blocks are located in south-Putaohua Structure,extending to the south,in the second-level of structural ele-ments of Daqing Placanticline.The reservoirs are still dominated by structure.The depth of reservoir is from 950m to 1000m.Because of complex geological conditions,circulation loss,well kick,borehole collapse and oil/gas emits outside casing after cementing easily happened during the drilling process and completion.The cementing quality could not be ensured.By the analysis of the influence f...
