| 摘 要： | 葡南油田三、五断块地质条件复杂，钻井和完井过程中多次发生井漏、井涌、下套管后管外冒和井喷等复杂事故，固井质量不易保证，完井工作难度较大。在分析影响固井质量因素的基础上，结合具体施工情况，制定了相应的固井对策。低压易漏区以防漏为主，分别采用了免钻双级固井、防漏堵漏水泥浆固井、双凝水泥浆固井技术；低渗高压区以防窜为主，采用了防窜固井技术。2010年在葡南油田三、五断块进行了45口井的现场施工，固井施工一次成功，固井质量全部合格，优质率达到了75%，形成了一套指导该地区固井的配套技术。
