天然气分析用多元标准气混合物的制备、验证与定值

摘    要:随着标准物质在全球各国被广泛使用,其制备、验证与定值的标准化就成为改善和保持世界范围内测量一致性体系的关键。在国家标准GB/T22723—2008《天然气能量的测定》发布以来,与天然气能量计量相配套的天然气分析用高准确度标准气混合物的研制已受到广泛关注。由于此类多元标准气体混合物的制备、验证和定值过程比较复杂,必须严格执行国家标准GB/T5274—2008《气体分析校准用混合气体的制备称量法》,以及系列国家标准GB/T15000《标准样品工作导则》的有关规定。本文结合实例,讨论了天然气分析用多元标准气混合物制备过程中应注意的若干问题。

Abstract:Along with the RGM is popularly used all over the world, itks production, verification and value determination have become a key point for keeping uniform of measuring system globally. Since GB/T 22723—2008 is issued, the research and production of high—accuracy RGM for natural gas analysis are widely paid close attention. Because the production, verification and value determination for these kinds of RGM are relatively complicated, the regulations of GB/T 5274—2008 and GB/T 5274—2008 15000 must be executed strictly. Based on examples, some notable problems for producing RGM of natural gas analysis are discussed in this article.
