聚磷酸铵对聚丙烯/聚乙烯复合材料阻燃性能的影响

摘    要:通过力学性能测试、氧指数测试研究了聚磷酸铵(APP)对聚丙烯(PP)/聚乙烯(PE)复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:APP的加入,PP/PE复合材料的拉伸强度开始增加,当添加量超过25%后,其拉伸强度开始降低;冲击强度是先增大后减小,但包覆APP变化的趋势比较大;氧指数逐渐增大.包覆APP的氧指数均好于硅烷处理APP的氧指数。

Abstract:The effect of ammonium polyphosphat(APP) on the mechanical properties and flame-retardant properties of polypropylene (PP) / polyethylene (PE) composite was researched through the determinations mechanical and limitied oxygen index (LOI) tests. The results shows that the tensile strength starts to increase by adding APP, when a loading level is more than 25 percent, its tensile strength begins to reduce; impact strength firstly increases and then decreases after, but the trend of coated APP changes relatively large; oxygen index gradually increases, the oxygen index of coated APP is better than that of APP handled with silane.
