水基热敏性重晶石成塞堵漏技术及应用

摘    要:多压力系统井段钻井中,常出现"又喷又漏"的复杂情况,一直是困扰安全钻井的一个重大技术难题.目前处理这类问题一般采用常规复合堵漏或水泥浆堵漏的方法,但存在着一次堵漏成功率低、效果差、深井或高密度下用水泥浆堵漏易闪凝等问题.为此,从水基热敏性重晶石成塞堵漏的作用机理进行分析,并在室内对其影响因素、配方、成塞条件、塞子强度等进行研究,形成了具有热敏性强、成塞快、强度高、塞子厚度可调、施工简便等特点的水基重晶石成塞堵漏技术.该技术在剑门1井和龙岗001-27井堵漏中应用均获得成功,较好地处理了"上喷下漏"或"下喷上漏"的复杂情况.
