高密度饱和盐水钻井液在盐膏层钻进中的维护技术

摘    要:针对高密度饱和盐水钻井液在盐膏层钻进中受地层物质污染粘切升高稠化的问题,研究采用"抑制降粘切"的维护技术.用普通重晶石粉加重到2.0g/cm3以上高密度饱和盐水钻井液在土库曼斯坦南约洛坦气田含油气高压盐膏层钻井中应用,获得良好流动性能,解决了地层蠕动、钻具阻卡、油气水侵等复杂问题,取得该地区盐膏层钻井百分之百成功率的应用效果.

Abstract:High-density saturated brine drilling fluid is contaminated by formation materials during drilling into salt-gypsum layer, resulting in an increase of viscous shear thickening. In this study, the maintenance technology of viscosity shear suppression is adopted to solve this problem.
