油气田工程物资管理模式研究——以A油气田为例

油气田工程物资管理是控制投资成本的重要手段.对工程物资需求和钻井进尺的关系进行了研究,得出了其间的比值关系以及油管、套管与钻井进尺的回归公式并进行了预测;根据工程物资随机型需求控制系统模型,研究了A公司的合理库存;通过与实际库存的比对,找出了库存升高的主要原因,如工程物资需求的不确定性,原材料价格上涨,套管、油管采购量突增,A公司业务扩展及气田开发重点转移等;提出了分类采购分类管理、建立库存余料管理机制、整合资源建立联合库存管理模式、保持合理的半成品存货、充分发挥信息在物资管理中的作用等一系列管理策略.
