气相法甲醇脱水制二甲醚催化剂的研究开发

摘    要:综述了气相法甲醇脱水制二甲醚催化剂的研究进展。目前主要的二甲醚催化剂类型有沸石分子筛和氧化铝两大类,其中γ-Al2O3应用于二甲醚生产较为广泛。着重介绍了CNM-3型二甲醚催化剂的研究过程及工业应用状况,使用该催化剂可生产纯度为99.99%的二甲醚产品,甲醇单程转化率>80%,二甲醚选择性>99.5%,催化剂寿命可达3年。

Abstract:The research progresses in the catalysts for gas-phase methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether were reviewed.At present,zeolite and alumina were the two main types of catalysts for this process,and γ-Al2O3 was more widely used.R&D and industrial application of the novel catalyst CNM-3 were introduced in detail.With CNM-3 as catalyst,the purity of dimethyl ether product could reach 99.99%,the one-through conversion of methanol was more than 80%,the selectivity to dimethyl ether was more than 99.5 %,and the catalyst life could reach up to 3 years.
