活性炭脱除NOx的工艺研究

摘    要:对吸附法治理制药厂含NOx工艺尾气进行了研究,针对该氮氧化物废气浓度高、间歇排放的特点,提出了活性炭吸附脱除Nox的方法。主要探讨了废气相对湿度、温度、气速、活性炭炭层高度、预处理温度对氮氧化物脱除效果的影响。结果表明:对于低浓度含氮氧化物工艺尾气而言,脱除率随相对湿度的增大而降低,当吸附温度为25℃,气速为0.1m/s,炭层高度为50cm,预处理温度为500℃时,脱除率可以达到97.6%。

Abstract:Removal NOx from chemical industries with adsorption was studied.Adsorption of nitrogen oxides in activated carbon was proposed according to the feature of high concentration and intermittent discharge of NOx waste gas from chemical industries.The effects of relative humidity, temperatures, gas velocities, carbon layer heights, pretreatment temperatures on NOx removal rates were investigated.The results showed that the removal rates reduced with rising relative humidity.When temperature was 25℃, gas velocity of 0.1m/s, car- bon layer height of 50cm, pretreatment temperature of 500℃, the removal could reach 97.6%.
