| 摘 要： | 作为强劲有力的宏观经济调控手段,资源税鼓励政策对促进开发边际油气田的影响是积极并且巨大的.为此,结合我国边际油气田现状,分析了目前石油天然气资源税政策存在的问题,并借鉴国外相关成功经验,提出了鼓励开发边际油气田的资源税政策建议.
