超重力选择性脱除焦炉煤气中硫化氢的研究

摘    要:自制CO2和H2S混合气模拟焦炉煤气,以碳酸钠溶液作为脱硫碱液,用超重力设备作为脱硫实验的主体吸收设备,考察了超重力因子,液气比,原料气中CO2浓度等对脱硫率的影响。实验表明:利用碱液对CO2和H2S的吸收速率的差异,通过旋转填料床强化传质能明显的提高H2S的选择性。实验表明:利用碱液对CO2和H2S的吸收速率的差异,通过旋转填料床强化传质能明显的提高H2S的选择性。实验考察各因素及其范围:原料气中H2S浓度为3g/m3;CO2的浓度为7g/m3~14g/m3;进气速度为1m3/h~6m3/h;超重力因子为25.82~75.91;进液速度为60 L/h~180 L/h。实验中脱硫率基本可以达到95%以上,选择性(H2S和CO2脱除率之比)可以达到30左右。最佳的超重力因子为63.79,最佳液气比为50L/m3。

Abstract:With a mixture of air,H2S and CO2 to simulate the coke oven gas and sodium carbonate aqueous solution as the absorbent,selective desulfurization from coke oven gas with high gravity technology was studied.The effects of liquid to gas ratio,high-gravity factor,CO2 concentration in the raw gas,etc.,on the desulfurization rate were investigated.The results showed that rotating packed bed intensifying mass transfer based on the absorption rate difference between H2S and CO2 in the absorbent could greatly improve H2S absorption selectivity.The ranges of experimental operating conditions investigated were as follows: H2S concentration in the raw gas of 3g/m3,CO2 concentration of 6~13g/m3,feed gas flow rate of 1-6m3/h,high gravity factor of 25.82-75.91 and liquid flow rate of 60-180L/h.The desulphurization rates were almost all above 95%,and the selectivity(defined as the ratio of removal rates of H2S and CO2) could reach 30 or so.The optimized high gravity factor and adsorbent/feed gas ratio were 63.79 and 50L/m3,respectively.
