| 摘 要： | 管理创新与技术创新是天然气企业创新系统的重要内容,其整体功能优化并能有效运行,主要取决于两者的协同发展.管理创新与技术创新协同发展模式由战略协同、组织协同、业务协同、知识管理协同、绩效协同等5个子系统构成.创新主体中的领导和管理者既是管理创新研发者,更是管理创新的实践者.为了抓好协同发展,迫切需要树立管理创新理念,处理好相关关系;加强管理创新研发体系建设,加强以天然气经济研究为重点的天然气管理创新研究,促进管理创新的匹配与协调;加强管理创新人才创新能力开发,健全和完善管理创新绩效考评体系.
