无模成形技术的研究概况及其进展

摘    要:介绍了几种典型无模成形技术的研究概况,重点介绍了激光冲击成形的无模成形技术.激光成形是一种累积成形,一次激光冲击所产生的变形量很小,常需经过数次激光冲击的累积才能达到所需的变形量;而激光冲击成形是一个受诸多因素影响的过程.在开环控制条件下,工艺条件改变时,成形系统不能做出适当的调整,因而无法获得期望的成形效果.本文简要论述了激光冲击成形的过程,并介绍了目前激光快速成形实时监测与闭环控制技术的发展现状,并对激光快速成形过程的监测与闭环控制系统的进一步发展提出了自己的见解.

Abstract:Several technologies called formative research profiles, focusing on technology of laser shock forming are introduced. Laser shock forming is a cumulative forming because deformation volume of one-time shock laser is small, so after several laser cumulative impact the required deformation can be achieved. The laser shock forming is often affected by many factors, and in the condition of open-loop control, it is difficuh for us to achieve the expected forming when technique parameters are changed. The paper briefly discusses the process of laser shock forming, and introduces the current status of the real-time monitoring and feedback loop control technology, and the main directions of developing real-time sensing and control for laser shock forming are also pointed.
