旋转压滤机排渣浓度与功率消耗的研究

摘    要:研究了排渣浓度与搅拌功率消耗间的关系。研究表明:排渣含固浓度越高,功率消耗越大;并且会在某一排渣浓度值急剧升高。实验结果还表明:旋转叶片的搅拌功率消耗与过滤时的操作压力的关系不大,但与进料的含固浓度相关。此外还表明:最后一级功率消耗较其它级为大。

Abstract:In this paper we have done research about the relationship between the work powers and deslag concentration. The research expressed,the consumption of power would increase with higher deslag of contain the solid of crud and with a certain concentration it would have a sudden rise.The experiment expressed: the power consumption of rotary vane mix is not relate to operation press but to the input material concentration. And we found that the last grade consumed power more than other grades.
