辽河含水超稠油粘度预测模型

摘    要:研究了不同含水量时稠油的粘温性质,建立了辽河超稠油粘度与含水量的预测模型,并采用非线性回归与三次样条插值相结合的方法求解该模型,与直接用实验数据进行非线性回归得到的模型相比,该模型计算值与实测值更为接近。实验检验发现该模型能够较好的描述不同温度下超稠油粘度随含水量变化的规律。该模型为准确计算含水超稠油的粘度奠定了基础,为含水超稠油的存运提供了快速获得粘度数据的方法。

Abstract:The viscosity of the Liaohe extra-heavy oil with different water content was studied and a model, which can predict the viscosity of the extra-heavy oil was proposed in this paper. Compared with the nonlinear regression method, the method in which the nonlinear regression method is combined with the cubic spline interpolation could solve the model better. It was demonstrated that for the case study, this model could reasonably predict the viscosity of the Liaohe extra - heavy oil with different water content under the specified temperature. The work has laid a foundation for prediction the viscosity of the extra-heavy oil with different water content, and provided a method to obtain the viscosity data of the extra- heavy oil with different water content for the purpose of the storage and transportation of the extra-heavy oil from the Liaohe oilfield.
