摘    要:文章主要从提高触发信号的准确性以及晶闸管触发脉冲的可靠性两方面研究了晶闸管在磁控电抗器(MCR)中的可靠触发。触发信号的准确性研究包括过零检测电路加入的低通滤波和相位补偿,以及DSP设置的触发定时器中断级别。触发脉冲的可靠性研究主要从触发脉冲的幅值和宽度分析了各种提高晶闸管驱动能力的措施并给出可靠的触发方案。实验结果证明方案可行,最后给出磁控电抗器在各种触发角度下的晶闸管触发波形。

Abstract:From the perspective of improving the accuracy of trigger signal and the reliability of thyristor trigger pulse, this paper mainly researched the reliable trigger of thyristor on magnetic controlled reactor(MCR). The accuracy study of trigger signal involved appending low-pass filter and phase compensation to zero-crossing detection, and setting the trigger timer interrupt levels to DSP. the reliability research of thyristor trigger pulse mainly analyzed the various measures of enhancing the drive capacity of thyristor from the aspect of the trigger pulse amplitude and width, and proposed the reliable trigger technique. The experimental result showed the method is feasible. Finally, provided the thyristor trigger waveform of the MCR in a variety of trigger angle.
