空压机消声器声学及阻力特性数值仿真

摘    要:对某型船舰空压机的进气噪声进行测量,得到进气噪声的频谱。根据空压机进气噪声的频谱特性设计了空压机进气消声器,为了研究其内部的声学特性和阻力特性,运用声学软件LMS Virtual Lab对空压机消声器的声学性能进行仿真分析,得到了其传递损失曲线;运用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对消声器的阻力特性进行仿真分析,得到了其阻力特性,为消声器的改进优化提供了依据。

The Numerical Simulation on Performance of Muffler Acoustic and Resistance of Air Compressor

Abstract:The intake noise of air compressor of a certain type of ship was measured and the spectrum of intake noise was obtained. Based on the intake noise spectrum of air compressor, a muffler for the air com- pressor was designed. In order to study its acoustic characteristics and internal resistance characteristics, LMS Virtual Lab was used to simulate and analyze the acoustic performance of the air compressor muffler and its transmission loss curve was received. Computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT was used to simulate and analyze its resistance characteristics and its resistance characteristics was obtained . It pro- vides a basis to improve and optimize the structure of muffler.
