| 摘 要： | 文献[1]提出了工序连接系统优化设计问题，给出了计算平均加工时间的公式，文献[2]证明了该公式本文对该公式作了进一步改进，同时解决了产品加工过程中有分支辅助工序及库存成本不统一时的工序连接的优化设计问题；并以郑州铝厂水泥分厂普通水泥的生产工序为例，实际运用了该改进公式，取得了较好的成绩

| Abstract: | The optimal design of processes - articulation - system is proposed in reference (1), and a formula for calculating the average processing time is given without a proof; this formula is proved in refreence (2). An improvement for this formula is given and an example is proposed in this paper. |
