丁丙诺啡的GC-MS分析

摘    要:利用GC—MS对涉案药片进行分析,并与标准品进行对照,比较了出峰时间、质谱离子碎片,确证了涉案药片中含有丁丙诺啡成分。GC—MS分析条件为:色谱柱HP-5MS,30m×0.25mm×0.25μm;分流比为20:1;升温速率:120℃保持2min,以20℃·min-1。的速率升温至280℃,保持25min;质谱参数:电离源EI,电离电压70eV,全扫描方式,扫描质量范围40—500amu,溶剂延迟时间3min,其他条件为调谐值。

Abstract:Analysis of buprenorphine by GC-MS was presented. In terms of retention time and fragment ions, results of the seized drug and buprenorphine reference substance were compared to determine whether buprenorphine was contained in the suspected pills. In GC-MS analysis, HP-5 MS(30m ×0.25mm×0.25μm) capillary column was used, split ratio was 20:1, temperature programme was 120℃ holding 2min, then 20℃·min-1 to 280℃ holding 25min, EI mode with 70 eV is used, TIC scan range is 40-500 amu.The delay time of solution is 3min, other corditions were adjustable.
