Abstract:In order to increase the multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) surface reaction properties,the organic diamine functionalized MWCNTs was obtained by treated MWCNTS with H2SO4 and HNO3 reluxed with SOCl2 and synthesized 3,6 diamino-N-ethylcarbazole.FTIR was used to characterize their chemical structure.The IR results indicated that there were absorption peak in the 1617 and 1673cm-1,diamine are grafted on the MWCNTs and the dispersion of MWNTs in DMF is enhanced.MWCNTs still have electrical conductivity at r...
