摘    要:近年来随着新型仪器的投入使用,元素分析测定方法向高灵敏度、高选择性、较好的稳定性和重现性的新方法发展.本文对近年来地质样品中稀有分散元素碲测定技术进行了总结和评述.

Abstract:In recent years,the method of determination and analysis expands to a higher sensitivity,high selectivity,good stability and reproducibility with the development of new instruments.The determination methods of the rare and dispersed tellurium element in the geological samples are summarized and reviewed in this paper.
