摘    要:介绍了甲醇合成系统压力、温度及合成塔入口一氧化碳体积分数对甲醇合成及下游精馏的影响。结合实际生产,认为合成塔入口一氧化碳体积分数低于14%有利于合成系统的稳定运行;提高合成系统压力和温度可以维持甲醇产量,但会导致精馏装置产品质量变差。

Abstract:The effects of pressure and temperature of methanol synthesis unit and volume fraction of carbon monoxide in inlet of synthetic tower on methanol synthesis and rectification are discussed.Combining with practical production unit,it is considered that the volume fraction of carbon monoxide in inlet of synthetic tower lower than 14% is in favour of stable operation of synthesis system,enhancing synthetic pressure and temperature can keep the methanol output,but the product quality in rectification will be bad...
