Abstract:The method for determination of triclosan in daily chemical products by gas chromatography tandem triple quadruple mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) was established.The samples were extracted by acetic ether.The method optimized parameters of instruments and studied matrix effects.MRM scan mode of GC-MS/MS monitored was applied,the ratio of ions m/z290>148 and m/z290>218 relative abundance was usedto to qualitative confirm and peak area of m/z290>148 was used to quantitative analysis for triclosan.The liner range...
