摘    要:以油酸为原料,以自制的介孔WO3/SiO2为催化剂,研究了以H2O2为氧化剂制取壬二酸的过程.系统地考察了催化剂中的Si/W、催化剂用量、H2O2用量与加入方式、反应时间等对壬二酸收率产生的影响.通过实验得到的最佳工艺条件为:油酸20g、叔丁醇50mL、wO3/介孔SiO2催化剂0.5g、30%H2O235g,加热回流...

Abstract:The synthesis of azelaic acid by hydrogen peroxide was described.Azelaic acid was synthesized from oleic acid by using WO3/SiO2 as catalyst.In the process of WO3/SiO2 catalytic oxidation to oleic acid,The ef fects of the major factors,such as Si/W,quantity of catalyst,the way of adding H2O2 and its quantity and reaction time were systematically studied.The optimal methodology condition: oleic acid 20g、tert-butyl alcohol 50mL、WO3/SiO2 0.5g、30% H2O2 35g,refluxing for 36h in oxygen condition.
