微波辅助艾叶多糖的热水浸提工艺研究

摘    要:采用微波辅助热水浸提法研究了艾叶多糖的提取工艺,选用单因素实验法,探索料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间和微波功率对艾叶多糖提取率的影响.实验结果表明,最佳浸提工艺为:料液比1:20(g·mL-1)、浸提温度85℃、浸提时间20min、微波功率400W.稳定性实验结果表明,该工艺条件稳定、成熟度较高,在优化条件下艾叶多糖提取率...

Abstract:Polysaccharide abstracting process assisted by microwave was studied from Folium Artemisiae argyi in hot water.The effects to polysaccharide abstracting rate of solid-to-liquid ratio,temperature,abstracting time and microwave power were studied systematically.The results showed the optimal process parameters for this method were as follows:abstracting for 20min with 400W microwave power and at 85℃ under 1∶20(g·mL-1) solid-to-liquid ratio.The stable experiments verify the process is reliable and polysaccharide abstracting rate is close to 2.74% under the optimum condition.
