摘    要:针对在RFID卡生产过程中会采用不同材质或不同颜色的柔性基板的情况,提出一种利用CIS(紧凑式图像传感器)扫描图像灰度均值作为反馈信号来控制光源光强进行自动调节的技术,以获取不同柔性基板的高质量的特征标志线图像。给出了用FPGA实现该技术的方法,详细介绍了使用QuartusII设计的光强自动调节电路的各个功能模块,给出了仿真验证结果,并在实验平台上对RFID柔性基板进行了实际的应用测试。该技术在RFID卡封装设备的自动纠偏控制系统中得到了实际应用。

Abstract:In view of the situation that soft foundation plates with different material or different colors would be used in RFID card production line,an automatic control technology of light source intensity using CIS scanning image as feedback signal was put forward,which meets the need of obtaining high quality characteristic line image of different soft foundation plates.A method to implement this technology in FPGA was proposed.Each function block of intensity automatic regulating circuit designed by QuartusII was introduced in detail.So is the verifying simulation report.Application results on RFID soft foundation plate in lab platform were presented.This technology has been applied to the deviation correction system in the RFID card production line.
