沉没辊表面抗锌液腐蚀材料的研究

摘    要:采用钼粉、硼铁粉、铬粉为原料烧结制备了一种三元硼化物陶瓷复合粉末,并采用超音速喷涂制备了致密的热喷涂涂层,研究发现涂层的力学性能和FUJIMI公司CoCr/MoB涂层相近,经过两周的高铝锌液腐蚀试验,发现涂层在高铝锌液中具有良好的耐腐蚀能力,作为耐锌腐蚀涂层材料具有非常好的应用前景。

Abstract:A Ternary boride ceramic powder was prepared by employing Mo, ferro-boron, Cr powder. Ternary-boride ceramics coating was prepared by the supersonic spraying system. The result indicated that the mechanical properties of the coating approach that the CoCr/MoB coating prepared by FUJIMI company. After two weeks of the corrosion test in high-aluminium zinc molten metal liquid, the coating is well, so the coating has better corrosion resistance and application prospects.
