摘    要:研究了在加入 V2 O5后的低温无毒硫氮碳共渗对 H1 3钢的影响。结果表明 ,这种处理能有效地催渗并且减缓由表至里的硬度梯度 ,V2 O5可提高 H1 3钢共渗层的耐磨性、硬度及表面与其基体结合强度 ,能取得较好的经济效益

Effect of V_2O_5 to H13 Steel During Liquid Nitrogenous Treatment

Abstract:Effect on H13 steels when add V 2O 5 during liquid nitrogenous treatment Has been investigated.The result showed that this treatment could calalyze the treatment process effectively and slow down the hardness gradient from surfece to inside,and also could increase its wear resistance,surface hardness and binding strength between surface and inside.Meanwhile,this treatment has a better economic bebefit.
