| 摘 要： | 本文分析了国内外化钎仿毛产品的现状,通过对ATY仿毛织物的原料选用,交并交织交捻交混的多重加工,织造和染整工艺的试验研究。提出了ATY仿毛的技术途纤,论述了ATY仿毛织物开发中,控制单丝纤度,优化变形工艺和采用松式染整等技术措施对提高产品毛型感的作用。

| Abstract: | This is a brief introduction to the development of chemical fiber wool-like finishing in our country. It presents our techniques of ATY wool-like treatment through experiments and study on raw-materials choosing, multiple processing, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and dis- cusses the anfluence of the control to mono-filament denier, optimun- ning texture technology and loosely dyening and lieatment etc. |
