热膨胀仪的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了一种■全由计算机进行设定控制的热膨胀仪,可以对温度范围、升温速率、初始条件进行设定,并由计算机完成实时数据的采集及处理,完成升温过程中温度-伸长量曲线自动描绘,并根据用户要求自动打印出各温度段的平均线膨胀系数、瞬间热膨胀转变温度及软化点等,其结构准确可靠、使用方便、自动化程度高,达到国内领先水平。

Abstract:In this paper a new computerised thermodilatometer is introduced,which can accom- plish the setting of the temperature range,temperature elevating rate and initiative conditions as well as the real-time data aquisation and processing by a computer. The curve of expansion versus temper- rature in the temperature elevating process is depicted automatically and the coefficients of mean lin- ear expansion, instantaneous thermo-expansion, transforming temperature and softing point can be printed according to the user's demand. It has reached the leading level in the country because of its accuate and reliable measuring results,convenient usage and complete automatigation.
