DZL58-1.25/130/70型链条炉低负荷下的燃烧优化

摘    要:链条炉低负荷运行时,存在热效率低、燃烧不完全等问题。燃烧优化可以达到节能减排的目的。本文认为链条炉的煤层厚度、炉排行进速度通过试验方法进行优化,是链条炉低负荷运行时实现燃烧优化的因素之一。结合在线仪表或采用烟气、煤质分析设备进行实际工况的热平衡测试,以烟气过量空气系数、炉渣含碳量、飞灰可燃物含量、热效率作为评判指标寻求优化值并在低负荷运行时执行。选用一台DZL58-1.25/130/70型链条炉在60%额定负荷运行时进行了煤层厚度、炉排行进速度的优化试验,得到优化数值并在运行中得到应用,使该链条炉低负荷运行时热效率有所提高,达到很好的燃烧优化效果。

Abstract:When chain Boiler work at low load,sone problems will come out such as low thermal efficiency,incomplete combustion,and other issues.Combustion optimization can achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.This paper argues that the thickness of coal seam and chain furnace grate speed optimized by experiment is one of the factors to achieve the method when chain boiler operating at low load.Combining online instrument or flue gas,coal quality analysis is adopted to improve the actual working condition of thermal balance test,excess air coefficient,slag carbon content in flue gas,fly ash combustible content,thermal efficiency as evaluation index to seek optimal values and runtime execution at low load.Choosing a DZL58-1.25/130/70 type chain boiler at 60% rated load operation when the coal seam thickness,grate speed the optimization of the test,the optimized value and has been applied in running,make the low load operation of chain furnace thermal efficiency is improved,achieve very good effect on combustion optimization.
