Following the pace of development of the information age, the use scope of communication cable is further expand. This article researched on the data transmission communication in the mode of long distance pipeline and laying fi- ber optic cable, in which has mainly selected the three core single model optical fiber, and using the distributed optical fiber micro vibration sensor in the signal vibration. By vibration signal along the layout of the pipeline, enhance the early warn- ing and the positioning role of internal pipeline and its surrounding. It specifically analyzed the work principle of early warn- ing system, its application in the actual project, strengthens the pipeline safety precautions.
