摘    要:通过分析除雾器布置原理和数学模型,利用穷举的思想以及C#和Matlab混合编程的优势,提出了一种解决除雾器布置最优化问题的新方法.根据该方法设计了一个只需输入吸收塔参数和除雾器布置的指标要求,就能得到最优布置方案的系统.此外,该系统还能自动生成AutoCad格式的布置图,方便实际生产施工.实验表明,该系统不仅解决了以往需要工程师手动绘图来设计布置方案的麻烦,更能有效地找到最优布置方案,节约布置时间和成本,具有很高的经济效益.

Application of Optimization of Demister Layout Based on C# and Matlab

Abstract:This paper proposed a new method by analyzing the basic principle of the mist eliminator layout scheme and its mathematical model. This method is based on the ideas of exhaustion and the advantage of C# and Matlab program- ming. And according to this method, we developed a software system which can output the optimal layout scheme by input- ring the absorber tower parameters and index requirements of the mist eliminator layout scheme. Experiments show that the system not only avoided the trouble of manually drawing the layouts for engineers by effectively finding the optimal layout scheme, but also saved time and cost, with the very high economic efficiency.
