T-GCT磁选机在漓铁选矿厂的工业试验

摘    要:新型T-GCT高效永磁筒式磁选机具有磁包角大、选别带长,磁系按功能分区,磁场均匀渐变,磁场力强,带精矿漂洗水装置等特点。将T-GCT磁选机在浙江漓铁集团选矿厂与现场原来采用的普通永磁筒式磁选机进行工业性对比试验,结果表明:在作为粗选作业的一、二段磁选,T-GCT磁选机使精矿回收率分别提高1.48和0.56个百分点;在作为精选作业的三段磁选,T-GCT磁选机使精矿品位提高0.96个百分点。

Abstract:New-type T-GCT high-performance permanent magnetic drum separator has characteristics of big magnetic angle, long magnetic belt, different magnetic functions, uniform gradually-varied magnetic fields, and strong magnetic fields with water rinse devices for concentrates.An industrial comparative test of T-GCT Separator in Litie concentrator with on-site ordinary permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator is carried out.The results show that the Fe recovery can be improved by 1.48 % and 0.56% respectively with T-GCT separator at stage1 and stage 2 of roughing concentration, yet the concentrate grade can be improved by 0.96 % at stage 3 of cleaning concentration.
