摘    要:在碳酸锰沉淀热解法制备化学二氧化锰工艺中,粗二氧化锰精制时添加适量硫酸锰,以氯酸钠为氧化剂对二氧化锰进行重质化处理,可获得振实密度大于2.4g/cm^3的高视密度化学二氧化锰,该重质化方法对粗二氧化锰的氧化率具有较强的适应性,可操作性强,易于工业化,产品化学二氧化锰可满足锂离子电池正极材料用二氧化锰要求。

Abstract:Chemical manganese dioxide of high volume density with a tap density more than 2.4 g /cm3 was prepared.The densification of manganese dioxide was performed by the addition of manganese sulfate and sodium chlorate during the preparation of the crude manganese dioxide that prepared by way of precipitation and decomposition of manganese carbonate.The densification technology is easy to operate and industrialize.The product meets the requirement of manganese dioxide that are used in cathode materials for lithiu...
