摘    要:浙江省220 kV变电所的220 kV主接线为旁路兼母联方式时,如果旁路兼母联断路器作为旁路断路器用,为了使各回路的正、副母隔离开关可以互为备用,要求正、副母线通过某个回路的正、副母隔离开关硬联,PMH-150型母差保护在原设计中不能适应这一运行方式。结合在某220 kV变电所工程中对这一问题的解决,提出了处理类似问题可供参考的方案。

Abstract:When transfer CB acting as a bus-coupler is used in Zhejiang 220 kV substations and this CB is used as a transfer CB,to make the isolators of busbar I and II as backup to each other,it is required that the busbar I and II must be hardwired through one circuit's isolator I and II.However it is found that the busbar protection type of PMH-150 can not meet this requirement.In this paper,an applicable scheme is proposed based on a solution applied in a 220 kV substation.
