| 摘 要： | 针对国内普遍存在的轮式工程机械驱动桥主减速器装配时,主动螺旋锥齿轮需要多次拆装调整的问题,提出了一种测量装配方法。该测量装配方法通过模拟还原主减速器主动螺旋锥齿轮配对时的安装距,能够确保主减速器齿轮副一次装配成功,还能够提高主减速器齿轮副的装配精度,延长齿轮副使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem of repeated installation and removal of drive spiral bevel gear during the assembly of main gear box in drive axle of wheel construction machinery, a measurement assembly method is suggested.With the method, installation distance when matching the drive spiral bevel gear in main gear box is simulated and reverted to ensure one-time successful assembly of the gear pair and the assembly accuracy of gear pair is increased also so the service life of gear pair is prolonged. |
